City Travel Stats is an independent project maintained by Gregory Terlecki. We read everything that comes in — corrections and city requests are genuinely the most useful thing you can send, because they directly improve the dataset.

Report a data problem or request a city

The fastest way to get something changed is the feedback form. Submissions become tracked issues that we triage, so a flagged figure or a requested city goes straight into the queue. If you’re reporting a number that looks wrong, telling us which city and which figure — and, ideally, the source you think is correct — helps us fix it quickly.

For anything else — questions about the methodology, press or research enquiries, or privacy requests — email us directly at gregory.terlecki@gmail.com. We aim to reply within a few days, though as a small independent project we can’t promise a fixed turnaround.

Before you write

A couple of things worth knowing first: our methodology page explains why we present figures the way we do (including why some numbers carry caveats or cover a wider area than the city itself), and our about page explains who runs the project and how it’s funded. Many questions are answered there.
