Recorded robbery is 48.6 per 100,000, on the same municipal basis and likewise understated because police data captures only reported cases. Three governments cover the UK here: the US, Canada, and Australia each set it at increased caution, their second level. Those advisories flag pickpocketing and scams aimed at visitors.
